Why is this festival being held? To raise pride in Washington, D.C. and celebrate our history, culture, and diversity through film. Yachad is a non-profit that repairs and maintains houses for lower income homeowners and encourages community outreach and leadership throughout the city. What better way to reach more district residents than through film? Why should I come and watch the films? It's a guarenteed great time! Watch fantastic films about your city. The film screenings will be packed with people from all over the city, interesting community leaders, activists and filmmakers. Why should my business sponsor the festival? We only have so much room in the theater so ticket sales are limited. You want to buy your tickets early becasue your seat will not be guarenteed if you wait to buy at the door.
